1. Selection assessment: For the engagement of employees our assessment centres makes use of a selection assessment, including an ability test. This enables us to map the qualities of your applicants as objectively as possible.
2. Potential assessment: For the movement and development of employees our assessment centre makes use of a potential assessment, which among other things includes an ability test. The participant’s potential will be tested and compared to a standard, that has to be achieved in the future. It usually concerns a long-term requirement. We also examine the development possibilities for the particular employee.
