Administrative Assistant, Birmingham City Centre

Due to strong results during 2011 we must now appoint an Administrative Assistant who will both deliver, and coordinate strategic back office developments that will aid the efficiency, profitability and indeed incremental growth.
We require a highly self sufficient and initiative led individual, who with the correct support and guidance will turn challenges in to achievements and in doing so earn their place at heart of our business.
Your role will be challenging, demanding, and extremely varied, covering; business management, reporting, planning, personal assistant duties, financial management, client engagement, candidate engagement, system planning, social media development, web/portal administration, marketing project management and continuous improvement.
