Job Description |

 |
You will ensure that all team members are fully trained to enable them to perform their duties safely and efficiently. You will carry out daily review meetings to communicate productivity and performance quality issues to team members.
The role will also include organising and co-ordinating holiday requests, monitoring rework and managing absence. You will motivate, inspire by example and influence the need for team cohesion and cooperation.
Key responsibilities:-
• Ensure quality performance within the department using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Develop members of the team in order that they can provide value added service to the business. • Manage non-attendance and employee relations, in line with company and statutory procedures. • Motivate the team to ensure maximum performance levels. • Monitor and report on the performance of the team. • Daily meeting and briefings with team to discuss previous day targets and present day targets.
