Sales Manager - Energy M&E / HVAC – Midlands / UK Wide
As a Sales manager your key accountabilities will consist of leading the Public Sector Sales function within energy services sales and marketing, with the primary responsibility for the achievement of new business.
You will work closely with the Propositions / Bid Team Manager in the active pursuit of small, medium, and large M&E / HVAC development and / or maintenance contracts within the public sector but not limited to.
This role involves developing, motivating and leading the ‘Energy Services’ sales team setting a high personal standard through coaching, development and clear communication to peers and stakeholders.
You will have extensive experience in the sub disciplines of M&E along with an excellent entrepreneurial approach, and developed black book of contacts.
You will have at least 5 years experience in the M&E or the ‘Hard Services’ Construction Industry of which two years experience gained at a management level. Experience in selling HVAC services is highly desirable.
